How Kimolian Supports Startups Like SureSpace

At Kimolian, we specialize in guiding startups through the early—and often uncertain—stages of product development. Our focus is on helping teams deeply understand their users, rapidly test concepts, and gather actionable feedback using AI-powered tools. In the case of SureSpace, our Founder, Eleni Lialiamou, serves as their product advisor, supporting the development of a high-fidelity prototype built using Figma AI. To iterate quickly and validate ideas, the team leverages Useberry for unmoderated user testing.

How Useberry Helped SureSpace with Concept Testing

At SureSpace, we’re on a mission to build a calmer, noise-free alternative to social media – a digital safe space for intentional connection. Based in Dubai, our team is deeply focused on creating an intuitive, mindful user experience. As part of this process, user testing plays a vital role. That’s why we started using Useberry for our prototype testing.

We recently ran tests on a series of interactive prototypes, and Useberry quickly became an essential tool in our design workflow.

Our user testing for particular prototypes involved Useberry, and we had a great experience as a team using this product,” says Anish Suri, CEO of SureSpace.

    Faster Testing with Ready-Made Templates

Useberry’s ready-to-use templates were a standout feature for the team. These templates, designed for different test types, made it easy to launch usability studies quickly – a major advantage when moving through design iterations at speed.

One of the biggest advantages was the ability to choose from ready-made templates for different test types, which helped us launch studies faster,” Anish explains. “The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the setup process smooth.

    Seamless Integration with Figma

SureSpace’s design team used Figma to build prototypes, and the integration with Useberry allowed for a seamless testing flow. There was no need to export or reconfigure designs – everything just worked.

We tested interactive prototypes directly from Figma, with seamless integration. Useberry gave us valuable usability feedback and insights into how users perceived the product’s value.

    Going Beyond the Design

One of the most insightful outcomes of using Useberry was discovering how much the structure of the prototype, not just the visuals, impacted the user journey. Clarity of language, flow, and prompts played a significant role in how users interacted with the platform.

It also helped us realise the importance of improving not just the design, but also the structure of the prototype and clarity of prompts, as these had a direct impact on user understanding and behaviour.

    Looking Ahead

As SureSpace continues to evolve, user testing will remain at the heart of product development. Tools like Useberry don’t just streamline the testing process – they offer actionable insights that shape better, more intuitive experiences.

We look forward to using this again in the future as part of the SureSpace team – a calmer, noise-free alternative to social media in Dubai.
