    The technology: Grow with AI is built on Claude — Anthropic's AI — and runs inside your Microsoft 365 environment or existing tool stack. No new platform. No separate subscription.

    1:1 Coaching & Training

    Not every business needs a full build handed over. Some need a working system and the capability to own it going forward. We build with you, not for you. Session by session, the system takes shape and the capability builds in parallel.

    What this looks like in practice:

    • Structured 1:1 sessions — typically 3 to 6, depending on scope
    • Each session: build progress + skills transfer
    • Deliverable at every session — not just at the end

    What is Claude Code?
    Claude Code is Anthropic's AI-powered coding agent. It allows us to build custom automation, internal tools, and operational systems faster and more precisely than traditional development — while keeping everything maintainable and extensible.
    How does it integrate with Microsoft 365 or Google?
    Grow with AI connects directly to your M365 or Google Workspace environment — pulling from your documents, calendars, emails, and data sources. Everything stays inside your existing security and compliance setup.
    How long does it take?
    An initial working system typically takes 4–6 weeks. We build in phases — the first phase is live and in use before the second begins. You see value from week one.
    Can I start small?
    Yes. Most clients start with one workflow or operational bottleneck. Once it's running, we expand to adjacent processes. The system grows with your business.
    Do I need technical knowledge?
    No. We build the system and hand it over with full documentation and training. The 1:1 coaching option means you learn Claude Code and Lovable alongside the build — so you can extend and maintain it yourself.
