LatAm Business — From PowerPoint to Interactive Proposals
A clean energy consultant went from week-long PowerPoint builds to fast, branded, client-ready proposals — in three sessions.

"Previously I would spend a whole week on one proposal. Now I can do it fast, make it look competitive, and speak directly to them with their own branding. — Luz Jaimes Poley, Founder, Clean Energy Business Consultancy"
The Situation
The work was strong. The proposals weren't keeping up.
Luz runs a specialist consultancy helping energy tech companies enter Latin America. Her clients are technically sophisticated — and they know what quality looks like.
A generic Canva deck wasn't going to land. Every proposal needed to feel genuinely built for the person across the table: their branding, their language, their context.
The problem wasn't effort. Luz was already spending a week on each proposal. The problem was the gap between how good her work was and how it looked on the page.
What We Did
Step 1 — Start with what already exists
Used Luz's existing proposals to extract the structure and language already working. AI surfaced the patterns. Luz made the decisions. The output: a content brief that captured her offer in her own words.
Step 2 — Give the idea a body
Built a clickable, branded proposal in Lovable — hero section, "why us", case study results, offer. For a live client pitch, Luz pulled directly from the client's website and branding. Shareable within the session.
Step 3 — Learn through comparison
Generated multiple versions — colour treatments, layout variations — and made decisions by comparing them side by side. By session three, Luz was generating and evaluating versions independently.
Step 4 — The unexpected outcome
With something real to show, Luz started conversations differently. She noticed that the technically strong companies she works with — light on marketing — might need more than market entry introductions. A new service direction emerged from the work itself.
Outcomes
- 3 sessions to go from zero to building independently
- ~1 week saved per proposal
- 2 live projects delivered: a client proposal and a portfolio site — both built by Luz
- 1 new business opportunity identified: marketing support for tech companies entering Latin America
Why It Matters
The capability gap is rarely about talent. It is almost always about tools and process.
Luz already knew what she wanted to say. She already had the client relationships. What she didn't have was a way to produce materials that matched the quality of the work behind them — without losing a week every time.
Three sessions. The gap closed.
This is what 1:1 coaching and building looks like in practice: not a course to complete later, but a working output at the end of each session — and the skills to reproduce it independently.
